To provide ServiceMaster LTD, with a Smart Phone Application on the iPhone and Android platforms that will allow their in-field engineers to accept and book in scheduled jobs whilst integrating directly with their current CRM system.

The Solution

SAMS (ServiceMaster Allocation Management System) is an application for Android and iPhone designed to provide ServiceMaster contractors with real-time job allocation details such as location, contact name, job details and relevant map. The simple yet succinct application has rewarded ServiceMaster with an impressive 53% increase in productivity since its inception in October 2010.
